Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for our mixed-use portfolio. Handyman/Lot Porter

We are seeking a full-time Handyman/Lot Porter for immediate hire. We are searching for individuals with a positive attitude to work independently and efficiently to achieve all goals.

Duties/responsibilities include:

• Communication with the property management team to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness for multiple properties throughout the DMV
• Providing property access for inspections and vendors as necessary
• Light snow removal
• Property inspections
• Light general maintenance
• Light landscaping
• Debris removal
• Light hauling

Applicant will be responding to emergency calls by the property management team. The position requires the ability to respond immediately, including after hours and weekends. It is necessary that you are able to pass a drug screen, background checks, and have a clean driving record. We are looking for team members to take ownership of their job responsibility. Identifying ways to be more efficient is an important part of this position. Communication in a timely, honest, and clear manner is vital, including proper communication with team members.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Professional appearance and great attitude
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must pass criminal background check and drug testing
• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English
• Lifting of 25lbs. or more is frequently required
• Self-motivation is a requirement
• Drywall skills desired
